Beachy Keen is a recently completed new build apartment that can accommodate up to four guests. You will find this property finished to a high standard and tastefully furnished throughout. The bonus with Beachy Keen is the location - both close to Bournemouth beaches and town centre, as well as having excellent access to public transport and the A35 for exploring further into Dorset or over to the New Forest National Park.


The space
The front entrance to Beachy Keen opens into a communal stairwell, shared by you and only one other flat. A short walk up the stairs leads you in through the front door of the apartment. Here you're greeted by an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, accompanied by warm lighting, pops of colour and modern furnishings. Adjacent to this room is the bedroom. Here the double bed, combined with the double sofa bed in the lounge, allows the apartment to comfortably house up to 4 guests if need be. It’s the perfect base for families, couples and friends visiting Bournemouth and the local area.


Bedroom
The pale blue and pink hues of the walls and accessories provide a relaxing and romantic feel. To the right of the double bed is a fitted wardrobe space for storing clothes during your stay with a large full length mirror alongside it. The windows above the bed allow ample light into the room making the space feel bright and airy. There are also two bedside tables with drawers for extra storage and lamps for extra lighting.


Ensuite
Directly off the bedroom is a beautifully fitted ensuite. The deep blue walls have a calming effect while complementing the funky marble-style tiling perfectly. The ensuite comprises a modern walk in shower with rainfall head, separate handheld head, WC and basin. For added convenience there is a heated towel rail and steam free illuminated mirror. We will provide towels and complimentary mini toiletries for your use during your stay.


Kitchen/lounge
Upon entering the apartment you're greeted by an open plan kitchen/living space accompanied with warm lighting, pops of colour and modern furnishings. The end result creates a sophisticated and yet homely feel.


The newly fitted kitchen is a joy to prepare food in and offers everything you could ask for including an induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and most importantly a dishwasher! There is also a fitted washer/dryer for your convenience during your stay. The dining table provided allows you to enjoy meals with friends and family while also not compromising on space.

The blue velvet sofa provides the perfect place to crash out and watch a film on the 55” Smart TV which you can use to sign in to your preferred streaming platform. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed which can be set up prior to your arrival upon request.
