Set in a quite location, it has the added benefit of being 5 minutes away from all major shops and 8 minutes away from the historic town centre of Grasse, the perfume capital of the world. This property has been renovated with love and care using quality materials. It has four double bedrooms, all bedrooms being of good size, two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in wardrobes. The comfortable living room and library/TV rooms are found on the 1st floor divided by a beautiful baby grand piano for your use, along with guest WC and laundry room. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area is situated on the ground floor in a stunning stone arched room tyipcal of provence with a large opening directly to the swimming pool, sun loungers, BBQ and outside dining area, all set within a true little paradise.
