In an old 18th century mansion, 300 m from the priory beach and the coastal path, 5 minutes from the city center, the market and shops.
Very bright apartment of 50 m2, facing south west, overlooking the (private) park of the manor, located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 4 people.
Entrance, fitted kitchen and living room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a shower room then on the mezzanine, a second bedroom.
A cot available.
Parking in private courtyard with automatic gate and local bike or windsurfing available.

Excellent séjour, super appartement, super hôte

L'accueil a été parfait et sympatique. L'appartement était propre, très bien équipé et agencé. Bien situé près du centre ville, des plages, des circuits de balade, très calme. On pouvait faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. La région est belle, plein d'endroits à visiter même en hiver. A noter le parking privatif très pratique. Rien à redire, je recommande cette location parfaite.

Beautiful Dinard

The accommodations surpassed our expectations. The VRBO was charming, clean with lots of thoughtful useful added extras. The owner communicated promptly and was very helpful when we arrived. The VRBO was in easy walking distance to all Dinard had to offer.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Kinder hatten Spaß mit ihrem Schlafzimmern oben im Dachgeschoss. Wir konnten auch gut schlafen im Bett. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Bad auch top, Wohnbereich auch sehr schön mit den Natursteinwänden. Wir habenuns Pudelwohl gefühlt.

Séjour à Dinard

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement avec deux enfants de 11 et 14 ans. Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Nous avons pu rejoindre le centre de Dinard et la côte à pied depuis l'appartement. A recommander.

Un bel appartement au centre de Dinard. Petit bémol: pas de poussière au sol à première vue, sauf sous les lits. Et, la serpillère n'est pas passée souvent. J'ai marché nu-pieds en arrivant et, demi-heure plus tard, mes pieds étaient très sales. Dommage. Scat

Hôte tres aimable . Appartement tres bien située nous avons passés un très bon séjour cependant avis au prochain locataires n'accrochez pas vos serviettes torchons ou autres au bord de fenêtres car le locataire au rez de chaussée n'apprécie pas il sera venir vous le dire .

Emplacement idéal

Bel appartement décoré avec goût et bien équipé . Emplacement idéal proche de la mer , des commerces et au calme . Parking exiguë mais appréciable . Point de départ central pour visiter la région , Dinard , saint Malo , mont saint Michel , Dinan, cap frehel ….de très belles randonnées à faire en particulier le GR34 qui longe la mer. Charmant appartement en duplex, que dis-je en triplex même si nous n'avons utilisé que l'étage. Cela donne l'impression d'avoir beaucoup d'espace, c'est très appréciable. Le centre-ville, ses commerces comme la plage sont à moins de dix minutes à pieds. Tout nous a plu, merci aux propriétaires, très sympathiques.
