Set within a charming double-fronted Victorian building, you’re just a stone's throw from Bedminster’s North Street, which boasts stylish boutique shops, a theatre, a weekly Sunday market and ample breweries. As well as the renowned Ashton Gate Stadium. Meanwhile, only a short 10-minute walk to the city centre. On-street parking is available at £7.50 per day.
The Space:
This light and bright first-floor apartment is perfectly set up for families. Through the front door, find a spacious hallway at the bottom of the stairs where you can store a pram should you need it. Plus, there is a stairgate at the top of the stairs, as well as a travel cot, high chair and children’s dining ware all within the apartment.
It’s also ideal for couples or friends, with a spacious living room and kitchen space - ideal for rustling up delicious meals. That’s if you can peel yourself away from the renowned restaurants and pubs on North Street. After busy days, settle into the comfortable L-shape sofa for a movie or games night. Then when it’s time for bed, find two well-sized bedrooms with homely additions and storage space. Both share a family bathroom, plus a handy utility space.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful apartment is tucked away on a quiet street in Southville, yet conveniently located to enjoy everything Bristol has to offer. Just down the road, you’ll find the bustling North Street, which is packed with pubs, great restaurants, cafes, artistan shops, breweries and more. The Tobacco Factory is at the centre of it all with regular weekend markets and events. Ashton Gate Stadium is also just a short walk further from here.
Cross the bridge over the river Avon and you'll find yourself in the unique Wapping Wharf in minutes - this cultural quarter boasts eateries and independent shops all housed in refurbished shipping containers. From here, stroll alongside the harbour, hopping in and out of art galleries, coffee shops and the renowned M Shed Museum. In summer, there’s nothing better than sitting on the water’s edge and soaking up the lively vibe of the city.
With so many different neighbourhoods to explore, you can spend days exploring Bristol’s city centre. During August, head over to Ashton Court to experience the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta - where hundreds of hot-air balloons fill the sky. Or if you fancy a taste of countryside, walk over the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge and over to Ashton Court Estate where you’ll find the resident deer. Find more of our tips and tricks in the Guest Guide, which is available upon booking.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well-situated so you can spend the majority of your trip exploring by foot. For those travelling entirely by public transport, Bristol Temple Meads has regular train links all across the country, from London Paddington right up to Glasgow and down to Penzance. From here it is a short taxi or bus to Southville where the apartment is located.
For those that do drive, we can provide visitor parking permits for a cost of £7.50 per day. They are required from Monday to Saturday while Sundays and bank holidays are free.
