The Space:
Step through the front door into the thoughtfully designed sitting room, showcasing original Bath stone accents throughout. Embraced by comfortable and tasteful furnishings, the sitting room invites you to cosy up beside the crackling wood burner. Concealing a smart TV behind a digital artwork piece, the room ensures entertainment after exhilarating days exploring nearby Bath or beyond.

A well-equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances allows for preparing substantial meals, whether you choose to dine alfresco in the private garden or gather around the inviting dining table indoors.

Downstairs, a delightful shower room awaits with a walk-in shower. Step outside to discover the generously-sized hot tub, offering ample space for four to relax and enjoy.

Head upstairs and you'll find two charming interconnecting bedrooms awaiting your restful slumber—one featuring a sumptuous queen size bed and the other offering two cosy single beds, all adorned with crisp linens and fluffy towels.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the entire cottage and garden/hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Just across from the cottage lies The Mead, a picturesque village cricket pitch and children’s play area, perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxing. The immediate countryside in and around the village offers lots of walking trails with excellent views across Somerset and the Wiltshire Downs including Salisbury Plain.

The historic, and award winning, George pub is only a couple of minutes walk away in the centre of the village and is a definite must visit for a meal. It beckons with its 600-year-old charm, locally brewed ales and ciders, historic dungeons, Summer open air cinema and of course delectable cuisine. People visit from miles around it really is that good! For added convenience, a well-stocked local Co-op shop in the village provides all your essential needs.

Getting Around:
From the cottage you can have fun-filled days exploring the nearby areas of Bradford-on-Avon and the canal and river walks, Farleigh Hungerford and its castle, Bath, Longleat Safari Park and Stonehenge, which is only 45 minutes drive away.

Other Things to Note:
This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues as stairs feature throughout. The hot tub is not suitable for children under the age of 4. The hot tub is used at your own risk.

Access to the loo from the bedrooms includes deep flagstone stairs that, whilst being a beautiful historic feature, may prove difficult for the elderly or those with physical impairments of any kind
