Family Ole Miss Game Weekend. Sleeps 6-8

Our spacious, freshly updated 4 bedroom 2 bath home can be yours for the weekend. Just 10 minutes from campus and in a quiet neighborhood, our home will provide all the comforts of your home but with all the excitement that Oxford has to offer. My wife and I are full time residents of Oxford and love to share our home so others can enjoy the town we love. Whether for Ole Miss sports, Double Decker, Graduations etc our home is available most weekends!
1 Split King Adjustable Bed in master bedroom , Large couch can sleep one, and a self inflating queen air mattress is available upon request. We recently renovated our upstairs to include a bonus room that can accommodate 2 people in 2 twin beds. 2 Guest Rooms with twin beds.

We have a great back porch to hang out with a tv and table that seats 6 people.

Exceeded Expectations!
This was the perfect house for our family of 4! Family weekend at Ole Miss was fabulous and easy thanks to the Koenig’s and their lovely home! Their home was immaculate and welcoming! Bill was super easy to work with and answered all questions! The added touch of muffins, cookies and drinks was like being at home! Thanks for making our weekend the best!

Nice stay for game day weekend.
This is about 10 minutes from ole miss campus but not a bad drive. Place was nice for our game day weekend with friends . Owner was easy to get in touch with if needed.

The home was amazing! We were very pleased with the accommodations and the hospitality of the hosts.
We loved the home; it was beautifully decorated, spotless, well organized and had everything we needed for a great stay. Snacks and a wonderful selection of coffee pods (essential) were provided. It was in a great location;only short drive to Ole Miss or Square. Very Quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. When in Oxford, we will definitely plan to stay at this property again. Highly recommend this property and hosts!

Very nice home and not far from Square and Ole MIss
This is a very nice home that we rented for graduation. The location was not far from either the Square or Ole Miss. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Waters in the fridge, coffee pods for their Keurig and snacks. They checked on us and made sure we had their contact info in case we needed anything during our stay. This home is beautiful and immaculate. You cannot go wrong with this rental. I would highly recommend this property. I have already shared it with several Ole Miss families for next year.

Perfect!
We had a wonderful weekend in this house. It is close enough to town for easy trips to the square and the football game but tucked away in a quiet location. The house was beautifully decorated and clean and we had everything we needed. The hosts went an extra mile and had breakfast snacks for us as well as plenty of water and coffee. We will be back!

This house was beautiful, clean, and very well kept up. The owners were so kind and accommodating leaving details on how to work any and everything. They left snacks, coffee, etc. Beautiful wood floors, comfortable furniture, big living space. Would definitely rent from them again!

My wife and I are campus ministers at Ole Miss. This is our first home. We rented for a long time before were able to buy a house. Most of the unique features of the house were personally done.

Why they chose this property

This house isn't as close to the action as many rentals, but the price reflects that. This neighborhood is so quiet and is the perfect place to relax after all the hustle and bustle of game weekends and the square.
