External Living | Pool & Outdoor Facilities
Ensconced within a 300m2 outdoor space, this sublime villa complete with 30m2 outdoor pool with 1.40depth, and wonderful grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. Ideal for family or friends ( can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and 4 more in sofa beds) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some wonderful outdoor surroundings. The pool terrace is equipped with premium sun-beds so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (charcoal) facilities and regional oven, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. The sublime home also features and balcony plunge pool. An indoor yoga room *extra fee, is also available for those who wish to meditate in some of the best outdoor locations in Crete. We are happy to welcome yoga groups and be able to assist you further upon request ( additional fees apply).

Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms (1st &2nd floor)
This captivating holiday home boasts sublime interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in its 200m2 indoor space. The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Entering the villa at the 1st floor you will find a clean appeal living-cum area with a Smart 45’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts three bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2nd floor & guest house with en-suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel and also featuring en-suite bathrooms.

*Ground Floor | For Wellness & Yoga Groups
This iconic wellness retreat, features a curated fully equipped Yoga Room with a spa whirlpool, bathroom & sauna that can be available for Yoga Groups upon request & with an additional daily use fee of 500euros. Bespoke Wellness menus by our private chef, but also a Yoga Teacher can also be arranged upon request and with an additional fee per person per lesson.

First Floor | Living Room & Lounge Area ( Featuring a 45’ smart TV) • Fully Equipped Kitchen • The Living-cum area has direct access to a landmark balcony and private plunge pool • Double Bedroom with King Size Bed (1.80 x 2.00) with access to a balcony and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower (2 guests), an addition folding sofa bed can accommodate two more guests • Extra bathroom with Laundry Room with washing machine is also available

Second Floor | A few stairs up you may find one more bedroom with a spacious balcony featuring Pool-Sea & Countryside Views • Double Bedroom with King’s Bed (1.80 x 2.00) and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, also featuring a double sofa bed for two more guests

*Guest House (Separated Entrance): One Double Bedroom featuring a Queen Size bed (1.60x2.00), with Smart TV and access to the pool area • An en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower & sink is also available • This room includes a kitchenette and a mini fridge.

Location Overview

The villa is located 10 minutes driving distance from Embrosneros is a very typically Greek village, but many of the villagers have returned from America, Canada and the United Kingdom, therefore forming a very cosmopolitan community. The recently renovated amphitheatre is used for music concerts during the summer months. Embrosneros has a historical castle, cheese factory, bakers and cafes. With a quaint chapel just across the road, you are set for an authentic stay with loved ones.

Embrosneros Village is an ideal choice for an authentic cretan vacation, since it combines calmness and relaxation with great surroundings and within close proximity to Georgioupolis famous beach. It is only 11km from Georgioupolis and you will need 20 minutes by car to reach the beautiful sandy beach. The location is ideal for excursions around the island and especially nature lovers, give visitors the possibility to share both the mountainous beauty of Crete, as well as the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Cretan Sea.
