The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 4 guests.
Every room has ceiling fans with remote control.
Internet and tv available.
The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
Private entrance with security gates.
Windows from wall to wall, airy and spacous apartment.

Beach, supermarkets, coffeeshops and restaurants are 7-800 m walk, free street parking, green surroundings.


Please be aware that we require guest’s passports or ID cards before arrival for governmental requests and safety reasons. Registration is obligatory before check-in - Entry of apartment will be available only after registration.

Special requests/ late checkouts/luggage storage are available but please contact the host as soon as possible!

There are occasional pest control in the area but its guest’s responsibility to keep the apartment clean! / Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for extra charge.

Please respect quiet hours and community rules.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
CHARGING electric vehicles are not allowed.
Using illegal substances are not allowed. Smoking is possible only outside of the apartment.
Economical activities (such as cryptocurrency mining) are not allowed during the stay.
Do not exceed the max capacity of the apartment.
