Residenza Amelia is located in Marina di Massa, in a very quiet area, just 4 km from the beach, and close to the shops. It boasts a private fenced garden with lawn, olive trees and swing, ideal for relaxing after a day at the seaside.
Among the outdoor spaces there is a dining area with parasol, barbecue, and table for 6 people, and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 2-3 cars.

Internal Description

Residenza Amelia is a detached house, spread over 3 floors. It can accommodate up to 5 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is only available in the attic. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you are welcomed by a bright kitchen with direct access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dining table for 6 people, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. Following is a lovely living room with direct access to the garden, furnished with sofa, armchair, desk, and tv.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

First floor: The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with tv and wardrobe, and a single bedroom with wardrobe. Lastly there is a bathroom with shower.

Attic floor: On the top floor you will find an attic with a spacious double bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, two small windows, and a skylight.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); bed and bath linen; final cleaning.

Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
