The house boasts the sleeping area on the upper floor, with a bathroom complete with bidet and shower cubicle and two bedrooms, both air conditioned; one with a single bed and the second with a double bed and a balcony which offers a fantastic view of the port of San Foca and the famous tower.

On the ground floor, in a single room, there is the living room with the dining area, the kitchenette, the fridge with freezer, the TV, a sofa to sit on, an armchair bed and a double sofa bed. The service bathroom with bidet completes this area.

A courtyard shaded by vegetation and furnished with a table with chairs and deckchairs allows you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors or enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors.

The solution built on the corner is located on two streets and on Via Albania there is the gate for entering the car park.

A small free sandy cove, without rental beach equipment, is located right in front of the house.

A few steps and you are on the small Strosa beach, 250 meters and you reach the main beach of San Foca. Ideal for those who want to go down to the beach for a swim in the sea at any time of the day, but with the convenience of being able to return home whenever they want, simply by crossing again.
The spaces are large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The parking space measures 5.50 meters in length, 2.40 meters in width and 1.70 meters in height.
