About this property
'The Wheelhouse' with a nautical theme
'The Wheelhouse' is a small self contained chalet in the garden of the main property. It is only 100 metres from the beach and 350 metres from the Town Centre. There is on-road parking without restrictions. Bedding and towels provided.
The Wheelhouse has a nautical theme throughout, including a staircase like those found onboard a large yacht or cruiser. The sleeping deck has been loved by every visiting child and has 2 single and a double bed. The maximum occupancy for The Wheelhouse is recommended as 4 adults or a couple with 3 children. I have slept many times with my grandchildren in the property and long term whilst extensive work was done to the main house, so I believe you'll find everything you'll need.
Guests have full use of the garden, which includes a patio area with table & chairs and a brick bbq. (please respect the flower beds if you have young children or a dog).
Other things to use:- TV, Wifi, Smart speakers, fridge, Microwave/Oven/Grill, Kettle, Toaster, Small induction hob, Iron, Hair Dryer, Travel Cot, High Chair on request, a few garden games, children’s toys, buckets & spades and crabbing nets.
Other things to note. As I am an animal lover, pets are allowed as long as they are used to staying on the floor. There are just two, but strict requirements 1. The animal has it's own bed and is kept off the bedding & Sofa. 2. If your dog is a bitch - not to let it wee on the lawn. There is a grass driveway beside the property which is fine for toileting.
