Sustainable house (38sqm), close to sea (beach at 1400m) and village center (300m) offering a. o. a bakery, a butcher-delicatessen and a creperie. Ideal spot for wonderful hikes, base for the GR34, or to hang out at the beach or to go surfing. Garden and terrace available.
WARNING: it's an entire house, but it's part of the larger holiday residence of the owner. The house has its own entrance and garden, the driveway is shared. Perfect for 2 adults with 1 or 2 childrens, not suitable for 4 adults.
One kingsize bed (180*200) and 2 single beds (80*200) on the (open) mezzanine. Free wifi and parking.
Spectacular environement: the ‘Grand Site Cap Fréhel’ at less than 5 km, Fort la Latte, etc.
The house is built sustainably: timber construction, insulation out of re-used textile, circular furnishing etc.
