Caerffynnon House consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining space for eight, and a sitting area with Smart TV, plus balcony. The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor twin, and two second-floor king-size, each with en-suites, as well as a cloakroom. Outside there is a patio with furniture and a hot tub, plus off-road parking. Within 2.8 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and within 4.8 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Escape to the countryside of Gwynedd with a stay at Caerffynnon House.
