Great Place
Great place to stay a few minor problems / ideas: 1) It was meant to be enclosed garden but several places for dog to escape through, which he did at 3am, these gaps need filling 2) No batteries in tv or heater remote 3) It was disappointing to see that Jacks not open on a Mon or Tue 4) Instructions needed for the jacuzzi hot and cold taps marked up and told boiler needs to be on to get hot water in it 5) Maybe a list of places to go locally and dog friendly places like pubs and cafes 6) Supply a map of the walk’s available Apart from these minor things it was lovely

Two day chill out weekend
A lovely place to stay. Very clean. Quiet overlooking the woods, birds singing. Went to Jacks for a meal on the Saturday evening. Brilliant meal, definitely need to pre-book a table, oh and hope you’re hungry!! Probably the only downside for us was the Hot Tub/Whirlpool Bath. It took ages to fill up each time you want to use it. Maybe worth looking at different Lodges with a ready filled Hot Tub.
