A Gorgeous 3 bedroom detached house, New for 2025 Office Workstation and wardrobe in 3rd Bedroom with sit and stand desk.constructed in 2022 with traditional reclaimed brick look and black tiled roof.Set in the beautiful Anglo Saxon village of Hurworth on the banks of the river Tees which is on the border of aNorth Yorkshire and South Durham, steeped in history with folktales of the Sockburn worm and Hells Kettles.
The village boast some of the best gastro pubs in the area, The Bay Horse, Otter and Fish,drinking pubs The Emmerson Arms. For guests visiting or working in the area.We have new Freeport’s in the area one at Teeside.Darlington boast new government ministries, a new railway station development and being the home of the steam railways a new railway museum.
Being on the border with North Yorkshire we Croft motor racing circuit only 10 minutes away, with ample parking at Beckside and room for trailer parking down the side of the house.
MFC training ground is 5 minutes away
