Upon entering Maison Jacqueline, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living and dining area. This bright and open space has a large sitting area where you can enjoy snacks and drinks with friends or family. This space is also shared by the dining area with a large beautiful dining table.

The modern open kitchen is designed to a high standard. From the open kitchen you have direct contact with the dining area and terrace. Ideal while cooking! The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, freezer, oven and microwave. The large windows in the kitchen can be fully opened to allow direct access to the spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs so you can fully enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning!

On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It concerns 1 room with double bed and 1 very spacious family room; this room has a double bed and 1 single bed. Furthermore, on this floor there is also a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

If you then proceed to the 2nd floor of Maison Jacqueline you will initially find a beautifully renovated and spacious family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, toilet and double sink! This floor has 1 room with double bed and 1 room with a single bed.

Each room is also equipped with its own flat-screen TV! What a wonderful extra luxury!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
