DO NOT STAY HERE
This was the worst vacation experience my wife and myself have had in our lives. We booked for 14 days and stayed for one night. We took photos and 2 videos of the experience. When we arrived the front door to all the apartments was open for anyone to enter. Then there was no lift to our floor and I put my back out carrying 50lb suitcases up a flight of stairs even though we had been assured we had a ground floor apartment. The air conditioning did not work. The bathroom was awful - you had to walk through the shower to get to the toliet, When you used the shower it flooded the bathrroom and then overflowed to the entrance soaking our shoes. When you were in the shower there was no handle in the shower to open the door. Downstairs there was no wall, just a glass partition between us and the people in the next flat which meant we could hear the people next door all night. I could go on. We spoke to VRBO twice on the evening we arrived because what we read online misrepresented what we received. We were not allowed to see the unit before we paid for it which we thought was strange. We had to pick up the key from the local and pay the local property manager. I am astonished that you are asking for our feedback seemingly not aware that we spent a long time on the phone twice explaining our situation and trying to get help the evening that we arrived. We want our money back. We did not stay there.
