The flat is a studio and is furnished with a kitchen equipped with dishes, kettle and coffee maker, a single armchair bed, television and a comfortable queen size bed.
Finally, a bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout.

Heating is available in the apartment during cold winter days.
