Central location: the closest beach is 150 meters away ("Bagni Holidays").
Other beaches: free-equipped beach "Al Mappamondo" (300 metres), "Bagni Delfino" (400 metres).
Very convenient: close to bars, café, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, shops. The pedestrian area of Diano Marina is about 200 meters away.
Large free beach, with pebbles: 600 meters away, easily reachable on foot.

On the third floor, with lift.
Please note that there are 3 steps to access the elevator. And, to reach the apartment after the lift, there is one more flight of stairs (8 steps).

No stress about parking! Included in the price: one private parking place, covered, under the condominium in a common area (please note that access is narrow and some long vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering. Please specify car model and length and width - access is shown in the photos). From the garage, a flight of stairs leads to the elevator.

The apartment has a kitchen-living room with air conditioning (the only room with air conditioning), with access to a small balcony, with a small table and two chairs. Awnings.
Panoramic! Sea view. The balcony overlooks the center of Diano Marina and the Capo Berta hill. Ideal to relax and read a book in the evening.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Excellent for a sea and sun stay... but also a great starting point to visit the coast (Riviera dei Fiori) and its villages. And for walks and hikes in the nature!

We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment. For late check-in (after 20:00): extra charges may apply, and it must be requested in advance.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
