A large open plan kitchen with a dining table for 6. The lounge has a sofa and an additional sofa which converts to a double sofa bed, ample seating for up to 6 people to relax. There are two luxurious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and a separate spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath which is accessed from the open plan hall.
In more detail: From the front door, there is a large open-plan room with a hall area, kitchen area, dining area and lounge. In the fitted kitchen there is an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, extractor fan, hot water tap, microwave and coffee machine. Off the kitchen, there is a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and extra storage. All the crockery, cutlery, and food preparation utensils are provided to cater for up to 6 people. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a table with seating for 6 people and lounge area with sofas and a 50” Smart TV.

Bedroom One has a tiled ensuite shower room with toilet, sink, and heated towel rail, Super King-sized bed (can be configured as 2 x single beds on request), a 32” Smart TV, storage and USB power sockets. A hairdryer is also provided.
Bedroom Two includes a Super- King-sized bed (can be configured as two x single beds on request), a 32” Smart TV, storage and USB power sockets.
The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, sink, large mirror, and heated towel rail.
