Check in and out times:
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Note that early check-in or late checkout may incur additional charges, and a £30 fee applies for non-compliance with the check-in/check-out schedule.

Consumables:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby (see our Guest Manual).

About the building:
- Parts of the building is used for social housing by the council
- The building has a dedicated cleaner who maintains communal areas as clean as possible.
