Beachfront apartment in Estepona Spain

Beautiful views of sea and beach, spacious, clean, well furnished apartment, excellent stay overall, and host met us to explain everything, would come back for another visit!

Perfect Location

Perfect location to the beach ( beach front apartment) old town etc. Check in was faultless and was check out. Having a parking space was a bonus.

Fabulous apartment, wonderful host

Apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Host was never intruisive but instantly responsive. She made sure we were happy and was very friendly. We will be staying again next year.

Utmärkt boende med fantastisk värd familj!!

Jättefin lägenhet, hög standard, snyggt inredd och bästa läge vid stranden! Dock ett litet minus att lägenheten ligger på första våning och restaurangen under ibland upplevdes som störande.

Mooi luxe appartement op prachtige locatie

Het appartement en alles wat daarbij hoorde, (zoals bijv de garage, het linnengoed, de bedden enz) was super. Contact met de eigenaar was snel en erg behulpzaam. De indeling en het uitzicht was geweldig. Het was zeker niet goedkoop, maar voldeed meer dan aan onze verwachtingen.

Preis Leistung eine Enttäuschung

Wir sind seit 10 Jahren mindestens 2x im Jahr in Estepona und waren schon ein wenig enttäuscht. Der erste Blick in der Wohnung war sehr positiv und die Aussicht prima. Beim zweiten Blick aber machte sich schon Enttäuschung breit. Der knapp 8 qm große Balkon war nur mit einem Tisch und 4 harten Stühlen bestückt. Meine Anfrage, ob es irgendwo klappbare Sonnenstühle gibt, wurde negativ beantwortet. Somit konnten wir den Balkon nur sehr unbequem nutzen und mit Mitte 70 muss man sich nicht unbedingt mit einem Handtuch in den Sand legen, um etwas Sonne zu genießen. (Warum fliegt man im März nach Andalusien?) Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für Leute, die im Urlaub kochen möchten, ganz prima. Der Staubsauger musste erst von uns gereinigt werden, da der Filter so voll Staub war, dass er absolut nicht saugte. Wir fragen uns, wie der Teppich in der Wohnung gesaugt werden konnte. Im Bade- und Schlafzimmer roch es immer nach Fisch vom Restaurant direkt unter der Wohnung. Auch gibt es leider absolut keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit in den beiden Bädern und der Schimmel bildet sich schon an einigen Stellen. Eine unbequeme flusige Couch brachte abends nicht die erhoffte Erholung. Wir deckten sie mit einer Decke ab, da sie wirklich nicht einladend aussah. Die Schlüsselabgabe am Abreisetag zwischen stinkenden Mülltonnen war eine Zumutung. Sorry, das geht besser. Wir werden weiter nach Estepona reisen, aber dann doch lieber wieder bessere Objekte für weniger Geld nutzen.

Amazing apartment

The photos don’t do this apartment justice it was fabulous! Fantastic location magnificent view everything and more you need in the apartment what more could you ask for !! Hosts fantastic can’t wait to return only problem will be trying to rebook if my review is anything to go by !!!

WONDERFUL STAY IN ESTEPONA IN FEBRUARY

We enjoyed our stay in Estepona very much. It was like the pictures have shown us, even better: modern, comfortable, a grandios view on the sea and a wonderful kitchen! We missed nothing! It's very well situated in the center of Estepona, everything is reachable in 2-5' min by foot. There's also included a parking place in the parking, but you have to walk 5'min. We like to come soon again, maybe in spring or summer. But it could be a little bit noisy, because there's a restaurant downstairs, it's a frequently visited place. Tom, the host, received us very friendly! He is helpfully and kind. Thanks a lot again!!
