Adjacent to the living space, is an open kitchen equipped with utilities such as a cooker hob, an oven, and a fridge with a freezer. The apartment is at a great location for guests who prefer self-catering as there is a supermarket just a minute away from the apartment. Meanwhile, those who are fond of exploring local cuisine, can visit the nearby restaurants and bars in less than 10 minutes on foot. Other beachside restaurants are just 11 minutes away by car.

There are museums and historical spots like Salon D’estate Di Carin Grudda, Villa Biener, Fortezza Del Gallinaro and St. Anthony Church within a walking distance of 20 minutes to explore.
