This delightful 120 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The first bedroom includes a king-size bed, the second has a sofa bed, and the third features two single beds. All bedrooms are modernly decorated and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The three bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a private parking box for 1 car in the building's garage.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Sacavém is a city in Grande Lisboa, Portugal. It has many popular attractions, including Parque do Tejo, Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Saude, and Igreja Matriz De Sacavem, which are perfect for a trip!

Nowadays, around 120 murals are coloring the buildings in a creative line-up covering the work of national and internationally famous artists – such as Bordalo II, Vhils (Portuguese) Odeith, Slap, Adrés, or Pantónio.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Sacavém, is just a 5-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
