Guests have 160m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 1000m2. It is 10km away from the nearest sea and beach and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6people. On the groundfloor there is a living room with sofa,coffee table and TV. Near the living room there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for all members of the household and taste them in the dining room at a table with 6seats. Villa La Perla has 3bedrooms with doublebeds, 2bathrooms with shower and 1 guest toilette.On the first floor you will finga small laundry areawith washing machine and iron. If children come on vacation together with you, you can also use a feeding chairand a crib.
A pleasant refreshment can be found on the outdoor terrace with spacious swimming pool, next to which there aresun loungers, inviting you to relax and sunbathe. On the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood you can try delicious fish or meat dishes. There is also a covered outdoor dining table next to the grill.
