Urbanistów Cosy Studio is located in an excellent location, in Warsaw's Ochota district. Just a 20-minute walk from the apartment, you will find the Warsaw Medical University and the Faculty of Biology, and the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw. It is an ideal place for students looking for accommodation between classes. For those who value peace and quiet, nearby Pola Mokotowskie and Park Szczęśliwicki will be perfect places. There are many walking and running paths, playgrounds for children, and places for grilling and picnicking. The area is full of shops (Hala Banacha, Żabka, Carrefour Express, Biedronka), cafes (Cukiernia, Lodziarnia Odlot, Ciastkowo), restaurants (Videlec, Pink Flamingo, New West Side, Rosół na widelcu, Jeleń na Rykowisku, and many others), and service points.
