The property consists of a main house and a guest house located on a hill and accessed via a staircase of 67 well-deserved steps. In the main house, there is a pleasant kitchen equipped with everything you need (one stove burner does not work), a dining area with views over the treetops, and an exit to a lovely deck. Living room with sofa, TV, and Chromecast. Upstairs, there is a loft bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a single bed measuring 120x190 cm. A guest WC is available on the upper floor, and on the lower floor, there is a bathroom with a shower cabin, washing machine, changing table, and a separate WC. The guest house, about 14 square meters in size, features a bunk bed, perfect if you want to stay slightly apart from others. The house sits on a plot with a trampoline and nice play areas. Two large terraces offer breathtaking views! Tranholmen is located in Stocksund in Danderyd, near beautiful Djursholm, Lidingö, and central Stockholm. Tranholmen can be reached by SL ferry from Ropsten or a short trip of about 80 meters with the island's rowing boat from Svanholmsparken in Stocksund. The island is very child-friendly, with a playground, soccer field, and sandy beaches only a few minutes from the house, as well as several public jetties. You can shop in Stocksund or at Coop in Norra Djurgårdsstaden, as there are no grocery stores on the island. With the SL ferry to Ropsten, you can then reach central Stockholm by subway, where you can find everything and more. Here, you have Stockholm's archipelago and downtown within unparalleled distance. Or why not visit other islands such as Storholmen or cycle to Vaxholm and the Bogesundslandet nature reserve. Welcome to this paradise!
