The apartment is located inside a historic structure, with vaulted roofs typical of the history of the city of Catania. It has a bedroom of approximately 30 square meters with a double bed and a single bed (but which becomes another double bed if requested). The room is equipped with wardrobe, desk, smart TV, ADSL fiber, air conditioning, armchair and 2 bedside tables. In the other room we find the kitchen with induction hob, a fridge, a sink, a microwave oven, a table with 4 chairs and everything needed for cooking (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses), a packaged breakfast offered by U Liotru Home, a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle and a mini bar. Furthermore there is a small sofa that becomes a single bed. There are playgrounds for our youngest guests. Furthermore, the structure offers guests a small clothesline, a cot for children, a stroller and a small umbrella to spend a few hours on the Catania beaches. It is possible to park your car in via plebiscito and in the surrounding areas in both paid and free parking spaces. We also have an agreement with a video-monitored garage about 300 meters from U Liotru Home upon reservation.
The structure is located in the heart of the historic center of Catania, very close to the city's historic market, the Pescheria and Piazza Duomo, the beating heart of Catania.
