Tastefully furnished with a rustic style, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed with additional single drawer, bathroom with shower cubicle, and double bedroom. The strong point of the accommodation is the large panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf which opens onto the horizon above the roofs of the city.

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on the opening periods.
