Railway Cottage, Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd, sleeps three people in two bedrooms.

Railway Cottage, a terraced home consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as a working fire and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size room and a single room, serviced by a bathroom with a bath and shower overhead and a highchair and stairgate can be made available upon request. Outside, there is a designated parking place for one car, as well as a private non-enclosed garden with lawn, gravel, table and chairs and a shed. Bed linen, towels, electric, gas central heating, wifi, fuel and power are all included. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You’ll find the closest shop and pub in 0.4 miles. Railway Cottage is an ideal base for couples or small families seeking to explore the surroundings of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), as well as having close links to the coast. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Note: There is a step to reach the kitchen, as well as steps into the garden, please take care. Note: Please mind your head going up and down the stairs. Note: The garden is separate to the main house, located at the end of the row of the three terrace houses. Note: There is no cot provided. Note: Please ask for other types of pets.

Town: The large village of Penrhyndeudraeth boasts a selection of shops and a variety of restaurants, Post Office and a railway station which takes you along the Ffestiniog Railway. Just two miles away is the celebrated unique Italianate village of Portmeirion, which was the location of the TV show The Prisoner, and is surrounded by sandy beaches and captivating woodlands. The harbour town of Porthmadog is a little further along, where you can journey along the Ffestiniog Railway to the slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, "the town that roofed the world". To the north is the pretty village of Beddgelert, which is set around the Afon Glaslyn River and offers craft shops, pubs, tea rooms, restaurants, and an enchanting riverside walk, and it’s also located in the stunning Snowdonia National Park, from where you can spend hours admiring the beautiful scenery on foot or by bike. Penrhyndeudraeth is an ideal base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula, Snowdonia National Park and many other places in North Wales.
