Extending over 90m² on one floor, the villa has several wonderful outdoor spaces. These include a superb roof terrace where you can gaze out over the surrounding countryside, a terrace with a hammock, and a separate covered dining area, with retractable floor-to-ceiling windows, which provides a welcome space for meals at any time of the year.

In the open-plan living room, soft curtains diffuse the light through French windows, and comfy sofas guarantee a relaxing space to watch TV. • This is a very foodie area! There are some excellent restaurants in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi and at nearby Nerano, where you can take advantage of the extraordinary local gastronomy.
• Away from the heat of the summer, hikers and nature lovers will love following the trails from Termini, on the western tip of the peninsula, along zigzagging rural lanes and clifftop paths with spectacular views of Capri.
