A luxury 1st-floor, air-conditioned apartment with all three bedrooms having air conditioning and a sliding door to give access to the large 60m sun terrace. The terrace has an outdoor eating area, a separate area for drinks and games, with comfy sofas and a separate sunbed area for topping up the tan.

A lift allows step-free access to the large swimming pool and underground private car parking.

Kids will be happy with superfast wi-fi, PS3 & films on demand, as well as a selection of games and only 20 metres from the front door to the large swimming pool.

Bedroom 1 has a large set of wardrobes, with a safe and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Only 5 min drive or electric bike/scooter hire to several lovely beaches. 100m walk from la Fuenta centre with c.25 restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

One of Spain's largest shopping centres, la Zenia and the Cabo Roig ‘strip’ of bars and restaurants are only 2 miles away. Five award-winning golf courses are within 5 miles, with two only a few hundred metres away.
