With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. But once you're here, you might find that you can leave the car parked up. So much is within easy walking distance, including the beach, cafes and grocery stores.

There are local bus services that connect you to West Wittering and Chichester. Or you can hire local cabs to get you where you need to go.

Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth, and London.

★ BUILDING WORK ★

A new build house is being built next door, the main structure of the building has been erected, so the remaining work primarily involves installing windows and internal finishing. The builders are adhering to standard work hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday and some Saturday morning work.
