The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment located at Ben Yehuda 100, situated on the 1st floor of a preserved building with an elevator. The apartment spans across 110 sq.m and boasts a light-filled salon, modern decoration, and a peaceful ambiance. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, and there are 2 bathrooms for added convenience. Please note that there are a few stairs from the elevator to the apartment.

Guests will love the apartment's convenient location, just a short 5-minute walk to both the beautiful Gordon Beach and the vibrant Dizingoff Street. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, explore the local shops, or indulge in delicious cuisine, this neighborhood offers it all.

Please note that non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT. However, upon arrival, all guests must present a valid passport photo and tourist visa. Failure to provide these documents may result in a 17% VAT charge.
