Nestled on the stunning Cumbria coast in the stunning seaside village of St Bees, Hampton House is a large house sleeping up to 12 guests. Boasting nine bedrooms, four bathrooms, a home office, kitchen, dining room and large living space, it’s the perfect place to stay for a short to mid-length stay when working in the local area with Sellafield only a 15-minute drive away.

With great transport links, exceptional amenities and high speed WiFi, you will have everything you need for working away.

The Space:
You’ll have full access to the property during your stay, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, a dining room, nine bedrooms and a large outdoor space.

Packed with charm, the living area benefits from sash windows, a flat screen TV and homely furnishings. There is ample seating so it's the perfect spot to relax and socialise with your fellow guests.

With a cosy cottage feel, the well-equipped kitchen is both stylish and practical. It has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster so you can really make the most of your self-catering stay. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer making it ideal for long-term stays.

The dining room is where you can gather everyone together and enjoy meals as a group, whether that be with your family or work colleagues.

Hampton House boasts nine bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds dressed in plush bedding and linens for a great night’s sleep.

Outside you’ll find a large garden with grassed lawn spread across three tiers. Head here to enjoy a spot of fresh coastal air.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. Access to Hampton House is via a digital door lock, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.

Free on-street parking is available around Saint Bees on a first come, first served basis.

Close to Sellafield Power Station, this expansive property is also perfectly located for work stays so Hampton House is perfect for all types of groups.

The Neighborhood:
Saint Bees is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Cumbrian Coast, thanks to its long sandy beach and the towering cliffs of Saint Bees Head.

The beach has a promenade and visitor facilities and is the start of the Wainwright Coast to Coast Walk to Robin Hood’s Bay. The RSPB bird reserve on the Head is the only cliff-nesting seabird colony in North West England.

Saint Bees is only a few miles from the English Lake District National Park, making it an ideal base to explore the Western Lakes and the Cumbrian Coast.

Sellafield Nuclear Power Plant is located seven miles away from Saint Bees.

Getting Around:
Saint Bees Train Station offers great access to many locations around Cumbria and Lancashire including Barrow-in-Furness, Carlisle and Lancaster.

A couple of bus routes can be found operating throughout Saint Bees, so visiting local towns and villages is nice and simple.

The nearest airport is Manchester Airport, 153 miles away from Saint Bees.
