Other things to note

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A €30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that If you can’t access the property due to leaving the key inside or misplacing it and require our assistance, the cost will be €100 within the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. Outside of these hours, the cost rises to €200.

FAMILY FACILITIES

A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) . Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out.

-Baby stroller: €40 per week
-High chair for baby feeding: €17 per week
-Baby crib (up to 3 years old): €25 per week

MUST KNOW

-We will send you a guide with lots of tips - the best restaurants, events, and points of interest in the area - so you can explore the city like a local.
-Due to drought issues in Andalucía, the city of Marbella may be affected by water cuts and restrictions on its use.
-It doesn't have private parking.

ADDITIONAL

We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire Apartment. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool. Free on street parking available.

DURING YOUR STAY

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
