The garden terrace which is a wonderful sun trap and the delightful private hot tub will only enhance your experience, making it an ideal retreat & perfect base to explore all that the New Forest has to offer.
The space
The Cottage comprises of:

Ground Floor:
Fully equipped Kitchen with all the usual amenities. Please note - there is a large Family sized 'Ninja' Air Fryer (the Aga is turned off in the Summer) & a 2 ring induction hob. There is also a Dolce Gusto Coffee Maker.
Large dining room with dining table and comfortable chairs for 10 people.
Large sitting room with sumptuous sofa, 2 x tub chairs and large pouffe. The sitting room also has a wood burning stove.


First Floor:
1 x Kingsize Bedroom with hanging space and shelving for clothes, thick curtains provide suitable shade & privacy.
1 x Double Bedroom with hanging space and shelving for clothes, thick curtains provide suitable shade & privacy.
1 Bathroom with Bath and shower over, lavatory and basin.

The short staircase to the first floor inside the property is open sided without a safety rail. We recommend young children be watched at all times.

Outside:

Summerhouse:
Double bed with ensuite lavatory and basin. There is also shelving and hanging space for clothes. Curtains also ensure privacy from the garden.

Terrace:
The beautifully designed terrace garden is a tranquil haven enjoying sunshine throughout the day. A perfect sun trap where you can soak up the rays on the loungers or at the outside table with a glass of wine or two. The hot tub being a fabulous addition that will have you enjoying the space as the sun goes down and provides fun for all the guests (Please note minimimum age of 6 years old is recommended. This is down to parental discretion as there is currently no law restriction and is therefore at your own risk). There is also a Hacienda Chiminea which doubles as a BBQ. Lumpwood charcoal is supplied for this. Please DO NOT use ordinary BBQ charcoal as this will damage the chiminea. Thank you.

Rear Garden:
Behind the summerhouse is a large fenced & private grassy area - perfect for doggies including No.2's! We request that you please do your responsible owner duties and clean up after them though. Thank you.
Other things to note
We allow 2 dogs (please read house rules prior to booking). We have a king size bedroom and a double bedroom for which we provide full bedding including linen and towels (these beds are fully made up on arrival). There is a large pouffe in the sitting room that converts into a single bed for children (please note that we do not provide any bedding for this so you would need to bring your own). In the summerhouse, there is a further double bed. This will only be made up with linen and towels on arrival if the guest numbers require it. We accept up to 6 guests.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer early check in or late check out.

Please not our gardener Nicholas may pop in from time to time to water the plants and mow the lawn as well as other gardening should it be required. He will of course be as efficient as possible so as not to impact on your stay.
