Laureema Villa - Ideal for Disney and Golfing Holidays

This home, is located in the tranquil surroundings of the Aviana Resort which is a gated community and private resort.

The poolside has been extended for extra space around the warm private pool. The luxury patio furniture is ideal for those summer evenings or just relaxing during the day.

Our villa offers approximately 1600 square feet of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 twin rooms, each room has a 19 inch flat screen television. There are 2 dining areas, comfortable sofas in the family room.
In the lounge a 47 inch television has been installed. This gives you access to over 100 cable channels, a DVD player and the Wii Games Console (supplied with Wii Sports and Wii Games). You can also plug in your laptop or camcorder if required - cables supplied. Fast secure wireless internet access is also provided.

The luxurious pool measures 24' x 12' and is fully screened. It also has a child safety fence for your family's protection. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost per week (recommended between October and May).

Laureema Villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with colour co-ordination being the main theme. You will find the decor both pleasing and relaxing during your vacation. The whole Villa has an airy feel with the high ceiling family room.

Pool
Laureema Villa's pool receives high levels of sunlight throughout the day but also enjoys relaxing shade during the summer months when the sun can be very strong. The pictures were taken in early November and late May. Additionally for any child's protection there is a removable child fence that will restrict entry to the pool to stop any worries that parents will have around accidents. Each door that opens onto the pool area has an alarm which small children cannot turn off giving extra protection. The surrounding area around the pool deck has been extended so that you will have more space to relax on the sun furniture. Just imagine, when the children are tucked up safe in bed, you can pour your favourite drink and relax in the Spa in the warm evening air.

Games Room
The garage has been converted into a games room for everyone's pleasure. We have installed both an 8 foot slate pool table and a 6 foot Air Hockey table. A bar height table and chairs are supplied for your comfort along with additional fans to keep you cool under the pressure of play.

Lovely vacation villa

We had such a great time, the villa had everything we needed. Our boys enjoyed the pool and games room as well as the board games available. Everything went smoothly from booking to check out, and Jeff was always quick to answer if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a quiet getaway but close to attractions.

The kids loved having their own private pool and hot tub. It was the perfect size for our two eleven-year-olds and we could keep an eye on them in the sun or the shade. Beds were comfortable and the game room was a great feature. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was already there. Just bring your clothes and your groceries and you’re all set!

As described

The property was as described. In case people are not aware, traffic anywhere in the Orlando area is simply horrendous! Driving just a short distance can take a very long time. This property was very close to a very nice Publix supermarket but restaurants were some distance away with the average drive taking a half hour each way. The pool in this property is very nice and our kids and grands really enjoyed it. Check in was very well laid out and we had not problems entering the property. The beds and pillows were very good. If you are looking for a property in the Orlando area with a pool and 4 bedrooms, this one fits the bill.

En famille pour Walt Disney

Belle propriété avec piscine que les ados et les adultes ont appréciée. Nous étions environ à 30 minutes des parcs d’attraction. Propriété située dans un regroupement de maison avec barrière à l’entrée, donc très sécuritaire.

Family of 7 on Disney vacation

This was our first time renting a house instead of going to hotels and I will say I was very happy with our choice! We had an issue with ants in the kitchen but in the tropics that is just something you deal with, so we took care of that pretty quickly! The pool was our favourite area in the whole house, but flies loved our beer so we took care of those little buggers too. They didn’t stop us from enjoying our drinks or our swimming! We noticed there was a problem with tiny tiny little flies getting in through the screening around the pool and ending up in the pool, we think because of the rain. I would suggest a mid week cleaning as we had to buy a net with smaller netting to clean the pool so we weren’t covered in bugs when we swam. We didn’t mind buying the net because we have a pool at home so it will get used. We were very happy the kitchen had everything we needed so we could cook our own meals instead of eating out every night. The beds were very comfortable, bedspreads are dated but doesn’t change the fact the beds are comfortable. Jeff was absolutely wonderful to deal with! He answered every question I had in a reasonable time. Dee was also very helpful and super friendly! I will absolutely book this house again when I come back to Florida! Thank you for making my family’s vacation a memorable one! I so appreciate it!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Well maintained home in a quiet gated community. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The pool was great and nice for the hot humid days. Dee with the property management company was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again .

Lovely Villa

Slight hiccup on arrival, hence couple of 4 star ratings, but owner & manager quick to respond and was sorted very satisfactorily. Had great week, villa was ideal for Florida Parks visiting, then chilling by the pool in the evening. We’ll appointed & well equipped, suited our needs.

Great vacation

We rented this house during Spring break to visit Disney and Universal. This house was perfect for us! The pool/spa was amazing to come back to in the evenings and enjoy in our down time. Comfortable beds to recharge for the next day. Kitchen well supplied. We enjoyed playing pool, definitely a great addition to the house. Great commutation from Jeff prior to our arrival. All in all, this house was perfect!

When reviewing the property on line it showed a privacy fence behind the pool, new homes going up now and the noise was disturbing. Weak WiFi, & the WII game did not work. Althought, this Villa is clean & I felt safe walking. Easy shopping also.

Fantastic family friendly villa

So many wonderful things to list! First is communication with the owners was fantastic. 5 stars all the way! The villa was even better then the pictures. I absolutely love that there are no glass tables. And they added plastic type plates and bowls. There was a game tub that held all different style games for kids, there was a wii system, but we did not use it. The pool and spa were fabulous! Only catch is we needed to make sure the pool water level was at the right mark. The person who services the pool was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are all comfy with just the right amount to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware for the average dinners. Couches are very large and comfy. The pool table and air hockey table were a nice touch.. the A/C worked perfectly and kept us nice and comfy on those hot Florida days. I was shocked to find a Keurig machine and a coffee maker with plenty of filters. Love that the owners placed a basket of beach towels right next to the sliding door to go outside to the pool. They have a wonderful binder that has so much helpful information and they even have some flyers and coupon books located by the front door. There is a Publix supermarket 1.7 miles from the villa, so absolutely convenient! We were told in advance about parking restrictions, and I am happy to report that a Chevy Suburban with a luggage tray on the hitch fit perfectly in the drive way! Not to mention that Jeff reached out to us via text, email and phone call from the management company asking if we had another vehicle that was parked in front of the house that was at risk of being towed. Thankfully it was not ours, but was the neighbors car and they moved it in time. I was blown away by the abundance of communication from Jeff! It was such a treat! The villa is also equipped with plenty of bath towels and extra blankets and sheets. They supplied a small amount of dishwasher tabs and garbage bags and toilet paper to get us started. There was even salt and pepper and a few other spices too! Loved that the stove had a solid surface cooking area and plenty of pots and pans and bakeware and cutting boards. My biggest compliment is that the house was not only clean, but smelled clean too, not the perfume clean smell, just clean. There are new houses being built behind the villa but the noise was very little. Will definitely stay here again! Close enough to Disney, yet far enough away to be peaceful! Wonderful Villa!!

Competition to Vacation

I would give this site a 4.2 stars but would giver higher if the property wasn’t in need of some TLC. I believe the property management needs to pick up their game a little. Overall, very happy but there were a few things that were brought to the owners attention. The person/people who manage this site could do a little better with cleaning and maintaining such as food being left in the fridge and the fridge door/handle being dirty, carpeting needs to be shampooed, a broken kitchen chair, paint was chipping/flaking in the bathroom of the main suite, and pool toys were either deflated or broken, just to name a few. I never did speak with the management, but the owner was great to work with and very accommodating. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly. A good cleanup and polish is all that this place needs. The neighborhood was quiet and secure. The price was excellent. The view was a little daunting since there was construction of new homes going on and we had the view of the port-a-potty directly across from us. Not much can be done about that. It usually takes a couple years to get back down to Florida, but I would definitely check out this place again.

Wonderful Getaway

Enjoyable stay. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room. Property could benefit from a walk through to ensure everything is top notch (e.g., bolts are tightened on chairs). Overall, would definitely recommend to others.

Great vacation!

We had a great time renting this home. We felt safe in this quiet, gated community. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at Disney but it was so nice to come back to this house. The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool and I appreciated the safety features. The owner is great at communicating and Dee, the property manager, was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, needs some attention

Wish I could have given this property 5 stars however there was a list of overseen maintenance issues that we felt should have been addressed prior to our stay. Additionally we shouldn’t have had to bring these maintenance issues to their attention, we were sure to document with pictures upon arrival abs findings. Management Co did send someone out to address some of the issues. The main issue that effected our stay was the use of the Spa/hot tub and pool. We paid for heating, the pool was never above lukewarm and my we continually had to set the timer to turn it on. It should have been 15-20 degrees above air temp and it was not. The spa was the worst, it would drop to a level of waist deep to just cover over the jets when turned on every evening regardless. The pool was also turned off heating at 8pm which they did adjust upon asking as quiet time wasn’t until 10pm so why 8 pm? After complaining for days about the spa we just stopped and left it alone. Jeff was amazing to book with and so very helpful prior and after. Dee had great communication for the property and did listen to our concerns to make things as best as she could. Wishing for the future they maintain the property to a better level instead of letting things pile up regardless of it being their only property in this park to manage. The decor and bedding needs updating and there are way way too many dishes in the house leaving no place to store groceries. Nice location overall.

Very clean, spacious and nice

We had a great stay at this Villa! The house is clean and comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family. We especially loved the option to use the master bathroom as an outdoor bathroom while we were all in the pool. All essential appliances and necessities were here when we arrived with plenty of shower and pool towels. The pool and hot tub were also nicely heated for the somewhat chilly February weather. We loved every minute of our stay. The property owner and property managers responded to all of our questions as quickly as possible and were readily available with any help we needed. I give this property 5 stars.

We live in the UK and bought this house from plans for our children and hopefully their children in years to come. We enjoy our holidays at the villa which is very relaxing, especially if you have just spent all day at a theme park.

Why they chose this property

We always went to Florida every other year with the children when they were very young. Decided that we would like to have our own property for the future. The close proximity to Disney was a big plus but far enough out so that we could enjoy the quiet life as well. Looking to take up golf and with providence golf course just around the corner the villa was well placed.

What makes this property unique

We bought from plans having seen other villas of the same architecture. It was spacious and with the heated pool simply ideal for relaxing and cooling of in the hot summer days.
