We have 2 lovely Ground floor Seaside apartments available at the same Address on Avenue Road, located just 5 minute walk from the beautiful sandy Sandown beach , you'll be allocated one of the 2 prior to arrival.
Both Apartments have their own private entrance and a spacious entrance hall. The modern fully fitted kitchens have a fridge/ freezer, oven, gas hob, washing machine , toaster, kettle and microwave.The sitting rooms are open plan and contains a 3 Seater sofa bed, a dining table and chairs as well as the 50" Smart TV with Streaming Services . The bathroom with a full bath and shower over is off the sitting room.
The double bed room is also off the sitting room and contains the double bed with wardrobe chest of drawers and a TV with Smart TV Streaming Stick.
Both apartments have Free WIFI.
There is a small outdoor table and chairs for your use when the sun is shining.
Please note we have a 3rd 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor above this property if 2or 3 families wanted to holiday together but still have their own space.
