This lovely two-story, 3-bedroom apartment in London provides an ideal residence for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience. The property is located on the ground floor.

The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, cutleries to fulfill any culinary requirement, and a dining table.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The three bedrooms have a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and wardrobes for all your storage needs. One of the bedrooms boasts the added convenience of an ensuite bathroom.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Porchester Square is a garden square located in the Bayswater area of London. It is known for its elegant Victorian architecture and charming garden setting. The square is surrounded by stately terraced houses, many of which have been converted into apartments. It offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, with its well-maintained gardens providing a serene atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Porchester Square is conveniently located near amenities such as shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it a desirable place to live in London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Royal Oak, is just a 3-minute walk.

The nearest subway station, Paddington, is just a 12-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Paddington, is just a 13-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
