Located in a quiet neighborhood, just less than 2 km from the shores of Lake Garda, you can reach the lakeside in just a few minutes by car or a leisurely half-hour walk. Shops, bars, and restaurants are about 300 meters away, while large supermarkets and shopping centers are within approximately 4 km.
Entertainment is plentiful: Popular amusement parks like Gardaland and cultural attractions like Vittoriale degli Italiani are only a 30-40 minute drive away. A public children's playground with a basketball court is also just over 300 meters away.
The villa boasts a private garden and a seasonal communal pool (open from June to September), making your stay at Lake Garda unforgettable. Amenities include air conditioning, two private external parking spots, a washing machine, bicycle storage, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary linens and towels.

Completely renovated in 2024, this villa exudes luxury and quality, furnished with high-end materials and designed to maximize comfort for its guests.
The villa is spread across three levels and is organized as follows:
In the basement, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
On the ground floor, there is another double bedroom with garden access, a full bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet, and the master bedroom with a double bed and an additional loft bed, garden access, a freestanding bathtub in the room, a shower, double sink, and separate toilet and bidet.
The upper floor features a bright living room with an open kitchen, a small bathroom with a sink and toilet, and a spectacular furnished terrace with a canopy and views of Lake Garda.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for your Lake Garda holiday, including a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, oven, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. It also has direct access to the outdoor terrace where you can dine alfresco.
The charming fenced garden and the wonderful terrace overlooking the lake allow you to fully enjoy the favorable temperatures of Lake Garda.
The communal pool, open approximately from June to September, is located just below the villa, a few steps from the garden.
The property does not have an elevator; the upper and lower floors are only accessible via stairs.
Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, and complimentary linens and towels are provided.
Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.
The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.
The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
