Our lovely summer cottage welcomes you with bright rooms and modern decor.
The cozy and spacious kitchen-dining area accommodates everyone and sets the perfect scene for a good evening where you can enjoy the crackling fire in the wood stove.
The 3 bedrooms, each with 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, and 1 x bunk bed, are tastefully furnished, all have direct access to the garden, and both the double bed and the 2 single beds are quality beds replaced in 2024.
The bathroom, from 2023, offers storage space, a large, delightful shower, and underfloor heating.
The house is situated on a delightful, enclosed, and secluded plot, with access to the wooden terrace from all rooms in the house. The terrace is partially covered, allowing you to be outdoors even if the weather is a bit tricky. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a grill, hammock, and outdoor shower are at your disposal, so you can relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. There is parking on the premises, and if you're traveling with more people, it's possible to park just outside the property. The summer cottage is approximately 500 meters from the beach and sea. By following the path along the sea, you have everything within reach after 1-2 km: mini-golf, restaurants, shopping, stores, cinema, Fjord & Belt center, etc. Kerteminde is truly a lovely town with a lot of life.
