This renovated beachfront 3-story townhouse has terraces on all floors with sea views. It is comfortable, spacious and the perfect place for your holiday stay with family and friends.

This bright and comfortable home has been refurbished with modern upgrades.

It is a welcoming and charming Mediterranean house with stunning colourful painted Spanish tiles and woodwork that can be appreciated throughout the different levels.

The house is distributed throughout 3 different floors. Each floor has furnished outdoor seating areas with views of the beach. All rooms are spacious and receive plenty of natural sunlight.

The front of the house welcomes guests to a delightful patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs. A spectacular place to savour local wines or to have meals while taking in the beach breeze.

Upon entering the townhouse, guests are received by the main floor which has an open plan setting. There is a cozy living room with fireplace, aircon, ceiling fan, a large SMART TV, a dining area with a round table for four, and a very well-equipped kitchen.

The American style kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven and other amenities for guest to use to make all types of meals.

On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with access to a terrace they share, a great spot to enjoy freshly brewed coffee, to read or just relax. Both rooms have their own storage space. One of them has a double bed of 135cm, aircon and TV. And the second room has two beds of 90cm.

The first floor also has a spacious full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The second floor houses the main bedroom. A sizeable room with a matrimonial 150cm bed, a large built-in wardrobe, aircon, ceiling fan and SMART TV. It has a complete ensuite spacious bathroom with shower. Additionally, this lovely room, has its own terrace, the perfect spot for a night cap.

Guest will have exclusive access to the entire property except for a locked wardrobe and a few items that are in storage. They will also have access to one private parking space.

Guests will be personally greeted upon arrival and can contact me as needed.

Tamarit beach in Santa Pola, is a quiet area with friendly and international neighbors. The Blue Flag awarded beach has fine sand, clean waters and an even seabed, making it perfect for swimming.

The area has all the necessary services needed for a short or extended holiday.

During the summertime there are lifeguards, umbrellas and hammocks available.

This urban beach area also has children’s playground, beach bars, restaurants and public toilets.

For those that enjoy practicing sports, there are areas for winsurfing, paddle surfing, kayaking, sailing in addition to volleyball nets.

Playa Tamarit is a short distance from Santa Pola, an old fishing village where you can see fishermen bring in the catch of the day. By the marina there are places to buy fresh fish and seafood, or you can choose to try them at one of the many restaurants.

Santa Pola, has a lot to see and do. It is home to a cape with viewpoints, the Sierra for hiking, a castle, museums, piers, and the famous salt plains.

From the Santa Pola Port, frequent boats depart to Tabarca island, a protected marine reserve, ideal for snorkeling, swimming, and diving.

The property has 1 free private parking space and parking can be found on the street.

A car is not necessary but it is nice to have if you want to do some day trips.

Otherwise, not too far away from the house is a bus stop with buses going to Alicante and Elche.

Due to local laws, all guests must do a check-in registration with their government issued identification, that is sent to the Civil Guard electronically.

There are covered personal items on a corner of the front patio/terrace that are only for personal use and not to be used by guests.

The fireplace can not be used.
Rental price includes up to75KWH/week of electricity. Guests will be responsible for any excess electricity during their stay at 0,30€/KWH.

Due to local laws, all guests must do a check-in registration, with their government issued identification, which is sent to the Civil Guard electronically.

Late check in fee from 20:00 to 22:00h is 20€ and from 22:00 to 00:00h is 40€.
