With amazing views of the North Yorkshire countryside, the property is close to all of Stokesley’s amenities and has luxurious facilities throughout. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining space, a spacious living room and a large garden with a hot tub, you’ll have everything you could need for a relaxing retreat.
The Space:
Beautifully built to the highest standard, Finch House has impressive interiors throughout. This family and dog friendly property boasts a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with the perfect blend of style and modernity. The kitchen is immaculate in a slate grey colour which complements the otherwise neutral colour scheme perfectly. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen has modern appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils. Ideal for socialising, the dining area includes a large round wooden table and stylish, comfortable dining chairs.
The living area has two velvet sofas and a flat screen Freeview TV so you can retreat here after a fun-filled day exploring the North York Moors National Park and the abundance of attractions that can be found just a short drive away from Finch House.
The ground floor at Finch House is heated via an underfloor heating system so you’ll always feel cosy, particularly in the winter months. Cast iron radiators provide heating for the first and second floors.
On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms boast king size beds and ensuite shower rooms.
Modern and sophisticated, the family bathroom has a freestanding bath with handheld shower, separate walk-in shower, WC and basin. While soaking in the bathtub, you can enjoy views towards Roseberry Topping.
Head upstairs to the second floor and you’ll find the third bedroom. Benefiting from sloped ceilings, skylight windows, a comfy king bed and hanging space for your belongings, this room has plenty of style.
From two of the bedrooms at Finch House, you’ll be able to take in local sights including Roseberry Topping and the Captain Cook Monument in Great Ayton.
Outside you’ll find a huge patio with a sheltered seating area, ideal for relaxing in the great outdoors no matter what the weather brings. Also outdoors at Finch House is a pergola with sunken hot tub, newly laid lawns and plenty of additional raised seating areas.
Finch House is fitted with a Ground Source heating system which is very environmentally friendly as it means the property no longer has to burn fossil fuels. This system provides hot water, heating and runs the hot tub.
