Comfortable and spacious apartment for up to 5 people on the ground floor of the house with a swimming pool, a spacious garden where you can barbecue, and a separate parking lot.
The house is located in the quiet town of Čepljani, 8 km from the town of Umag and 2 km from the sea and the first beach.
The apartment contains everything necessary for a vacation and enjoyment of a family of four or friends. A well-equipped kitchen, living room and dining room form a common space that opens onto a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of nature. The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, and the bathroom with towels and a washing machine.
