Bright and cosy two-storey house in Nueva Andalucia. You will be staying on the first floor only, with an available space of 100m2 and a separate entrance on the ground floor. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests.

> Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and all the utensils you need for a comfortable stay.
> Living/dining room: This is a very cosy and carefully decorated room. Here you will find a comfortable and spacious L-shaped sofa, an armchair and a small table for enjoying a coffee in front of the Smart TV. To one side you will see a large table and chairs for up to 6 guests to enjoy a warm meal.
> Bedrooms: In this house you have access to three beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed for a comfortable night's rest. All bedrooms are carefully decorated and have storage space. One of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
> Bathrooms: There are two modern and well-lit bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The house has WiFi. Basic toiletries and cleaning products are provided. There is free parking in the street.

The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 21:00. After 9pm there is an extra charge of 40€ until 23pm and 60€ until 00am. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rates.
Please give us 24 hours notice of your arrival time to ensure that someone is waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour after the scheduled arrival time there will be a 25€ surcharge.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minors unaccompanied by an adult. The minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

*Bed linen and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost.

*Transfer available from/to the airport with additional cost.

*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the flat is too dirty, we´ll charge an extra of 24.20€ per hour.
