The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 21:00. After 9pm there is an extra charge of 40€ until 23pm and 60€ until 00am. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rates.

Please give us 24 hours notice of your arrival time to ensure that someone is waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour after the scheduled arrival time there will be a 25€ surcharge.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minors unaccompanied by an adult. The minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

*Bed linen and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost.

*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. In the case of violating this rule, the penalty will be €800 since the walls will have to be painted again and deep cleaning of home furniture, fabrics and textiles, etc. will have to be made.
*The air conditioner can only be used to switch on/off and change the temperature. Please do not change the already set off programming. In the event of a change, reprogramming will be charged at €250.

*Loss of garage key: €50, pool gate key: €140.

*The security cameras will be deactivated during your stay.
*Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.

*IMPORTANT: For stays of 14 nights or longer, there will be additional cleaning every 7 nights. These will have an additional cost of 80€. Payment for these additional cleanings is done at the time of booking.
