Part of an attractive complex, in a quiet part of the lovely island of La Maddalena, it is perfect for friends or families who want to relax in the sun.

On the ground floor, with direct access to a private terrace and garden, the apartment is decorated with an attractive combination of contemporary and antique pieces. The open-plan living area includes a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and corner kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The private garden is perfect for meals al fresco or just relaxing and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Location
The apartment is on the western coast of the island of La Maddalena, just 9 minutes from the town of the same name. The Maddalena Archipelago is one of the most beautiful parts of Italy, with crystal clear seas, unspoiled beaches and gorgeous landscapes, thanks to its status as a national park.

The archipelago has a fascinating history, including its stand against Napoleon and as the final home of the Italian hero Giuseppe Garibaldi, who lived and died on the island of Caprera, joined to Maddalena by a bridge - Passo della Moneta. With 45km of coastline, visitors have many beautiful destinations to choose from, such as Punta Tegge (4 minute drive) which is a famous diving site or Cala Nido d’Aquila (2 minutes) which is a family-friendly beach. To the north are the beaches of Bassa Trinita (18 minutes) and Monti d’Arena (19 minutes), famous for their white dunes and wind-sculpted rocks.

La Maddalena, is the only town in the archipelago. It has grocery stores, restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. The weekly Wednesday market is the best place to pick up local ingredients to cook at home.

The car ferry for La Maddalena leaves from Palau, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Olbia airport, if you are hiring a car locally. If you are bringing your own car, then Palau port is 1 hour and 25 minutes from Olbia port. The port of Santa Teresa Gallura is just 30 minutes away.
