The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for convenient storage.

The unique feature of this apartment is that the shower and the sink are located right in the bedroom, adding a touch of luxury and intimacy to your stay. On the other hand, the toilet is tucked away in its private corner, ensuring privacy and convenience.

All the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, are provided.

Campo de Ourique is a charming neighborhood in the western part of Lisbon.

The neighborhood boasts shops, boutiques, and local businesses, offering everything from fashion and accessories to specialty stores and artisanal products. Rua de Campo de Ourique is mainly known for its shopping opportunities.

Despite being in the city's heart, Campo de Ourique offers several green spaces where residents and visitors can relax and unwind. Jardim Teófilo Braga is a popular park with playgrounds, walking paths, and areas for picnics.

Campo de Ourique has numerous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries serving traditional Portuguese cuisine and international fare. From homely neighborhood eateries to upscale dining establishments, options suit every taste and budget.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
