The apartment has a large kitchen separate from the living room equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. The living room has a second table for dining and large sofa and TV for relaxing moments. The kitchen overlooks the small fenced garden equipped with an awning and table and chairs for pleasant outside dining. At the back of the house there is a brick fireplace for your cheerful barbecues. The house has everything you need for your four-legged friend such as a comfortable wooden kennel, a small pool reserved for him to cool off on hot days, bowls for his meals and a nice surprise! The garden is fully fenced so your Fido can stay outdoor safely.
The apartment has two bedrooms with a large wardrobe and double bed, a room with a single bed and a comfortable working space. An extra child can be accommodated on the sofa bed. One bathroom complete with toilet, sink, bidet and bathtub, second bathroom complete with shower.
